1 – The donkey is made of basswood and stands 4-1/2” tall resting on a bark of camphor wood.

 

 

2 – The stand up giraffe is made of basswood that stands 7” tall on a pine stand.

 

 

3 – The American Eagle is deep relief and carved in basswood – it was my first carving after being away from carving for 40 years.

 

 

4 – Two lighthouses eight inches round carved in butternut and finished in bri-wax and puritan stain.

 

 

5 – Three sisters sculptured in butternut stand 10 inches tall and bri-wax/stained.

 

 

6  - Miniature fish sculptured in mahogany, bri-wax/stained.

 

 

7 – Bird plaques carved in basswood, 5-1/2” high, finished in bri-wax/stain.

 

8 – Mother and daughter Roadrunner carved in Cherry, finished in  bri-wax only.

 

9 – Mackinaw Bridge carved in butternut, 18” x 12”, finished in bri-wax/stain.

 

 

10 – Coast Guard emblem deep relief in hard oak driftwood, 20” x 12”, finished in bri-wax/stain.

 

11 – Coast Guard IceBreaker – “Mackinaw” deep relief in cherry, 12” x 12” x 1’1/2”, painted and finished in Deft semi-gloss.

 

12 – Lighthouse Ship “Huron” deep relief in butternut bark, 14” x 8” x 1” finished in bri-wax/stain.
